| This painting was completed after I moved away from Truchas -- and I realized that I probably would not return to live there again. I worked on this canvas ten hours a day for ten days -- and, after I finished, it was one of the few times I felt I "got it right". The Spanish word is "homenaje" - or homage -- this is my favorite view of Truchas town. |
